Please report all issues via written communication, using the form below.
Coop Annual Buy Merchandise Report Form
Please make sure that you also submit copies of the freight ticket and packing slip when reporting discrepancies.
Receiving Product:
Please remember to carefully check all packing slips when sorting and report discrepancies immediately. Also, please make sure that the NECPAS system is updated and accurate in a timely manner (we understand that you get very busy when shipments are arriving and we greatly appreciate all you hard work. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you).
