How to Become an ESUCC Coop Member

Becoming an ESUCC Coop purchasing member will provide your agency the ability to purchase commodities and/or services from ESUCC bids, contracts or negotiated buys with no membership dues.

Does your agency qualify to become a member?

  • Nebraska public school districts, nonpublic school systems, ESUs (Yes, all are automatically a member)
  • Community College, State College, University (Yes, all are automatically a member)
  • Other Public agencies, including county, city, village, or agency of the state government, any drainage district, sanitary and improvement district, or other municipal corporation or political subdivision of the State of Nebraska (Yes, requires an Interlocal Agreement between agencies.  See Steps below on how to become a member)
  • Nonprofits (No, unless you are a public agency listed above Nonprofits themselves do not qualify to be a member)

How to become a member:

Step 1 - Click Here to complete an application for membership

Step 2 - ESU Coordinating Council Staff will contact your entity about membership and verify if your agency qualifies before completing step 3

Step 3 - Click each link to download Board Resolution and Interlocal Agreement documents.
